Welcome to the Greyhounds Unlimited (GU) online adoption application. This form is the online version of our adoption application and is designed to help us learn more about you and the home you can provide for a retired racing greyhound.

I agree to allow GU to make a home visit prior to placement of one of our greyhounds.

I agree to keep the greyhound solely as a house pet, and agree to never use it for racing, hunting, or research/experiments?

For any reason, if you are unable to keep your greyhound, do you promise to notify and return it to us and not place the greyhound in a shelter or with anyone else without written permission from the Greyhounds Unlimited President?

I agree if there is ever proof of neglect or abuse, the greyhound will be returned to Greyhounds Unlimited or Greyhounds Unlimited can reclaim the dog and all fees and health records will be forfeited to Greyhounds Unlimited.

I understand that by signing this application I agree to abide by the guidelines of Greyhounds Unlimited, if approved. I agree to return the greyhound to GU if I cannot keep it, and to notify GU immediately if the greyhound is lost or dies. I also confirm that all the information in this application is correct and complete, and I give GU permission to verify any information disclosed within. Greyhounds Unlimited reserves the right to refuse placement of an animal for any reason.
