Penny is a 4-year-old greyhound/saluki mix who came from a difficult situation in Fort Worth, where she lived outside. She is quickly adapting to life in a home with a family and other dogs of all sizes. Penny sleeps on a dog bed in the master bedroom at night and is not crated when left alone. She is fully housebroken.
Penny has the most wonderful tail that curls up on her back when she spots a squirrel and goes on point. She loves toys and enjoys taking them out of the toy box one by one.
Penny would do best in a home with a fenced yard, either as an only dog or with another medium-to-large dog. She craves human attention and definitely prefers her humans to other animals.
