Lights, camera… well, hold on on the camera part!

Hi everyone, I’m Farrah Pawsett—named after a legendary icon, though I prefer my own spin on the glamour. Much like my famous namesake, I am a striking girl who loves to admire my reflection whenever I catch sight of one. But unlike her, I am not a fan of holding a pose for the Pawperazzi; I’d much rather keep moving!

I’ve been staying in a loving foster home for the last two months, and while everything was a bit overwhelming when I first arrived, I’ve been working hard on my confidence. I’m a sensitive, smart cookie who is always watching over my domain (I might even offer a polite “Hey, what are you doing out there?” to delivery drivers). Because I’m a bit of an anxious girl who is always on guard, I would do best in a calm environment with a solid, predictable routine to help me feel secure.

Once I get to know you—which takes just a little bit of time—my sweet and gentle side truly shines through.

My Ideal Home:

  • Adult-Only Household: I am very reactive to high-pitched, squealy sounds, so I cannot live with babies or small children.
  • No Small Animals: I have a high prey drive and love scouting for bunnies on our walks, so I need a home without cats or other small critters.
  • Savvy Adopters: I have a clever streak and actually know how to open doors, so my future family will need to be responsible and mindful to keep me safe.

What I’m Working On:

  • The Socialite Life: I’ve been attending meet-and-greets to strut my stuff! My very first outing was pretty intimidating, but I did much better at my second one and am ready to keep practicing.
  • Leash Manners: I love my walks to hunt for wildlife, which means I can pull and lunge a bit. I’m still practicing how to walk nicely on a leash.
  • Me-Time: I get a little anxious when my humans leave the house, but it isn’t severe. With time and consistency, I know I’ll get the hang of it.
  • The Talent Agency (Training): I know my name and am learning cues like “come here” and “go to your bed,” and I’m doing a great job!

If you are a patient, experienced adopter looking for a sweet, clever leading lady who will blossom with time, guidance, and a good routine, I am ready for my forever spotlight!
