Greyt weather and fun was had by all at Pets in the Park on April 13th at Bergfeld Park in Tyler. GU joined several other non-profit organizations, such as Therapet (animal-assisted therapy), with booths at the event.

About 2000 were in attendance this year. Lots of adoption material was handed out and prospective adopters visited the booth.

Best of all, Echo won the "Best Dressed" competition out of 16 contestants. Greyhounds really are beautiful.

A greyt big AhRooooo go to these GU volunteers for their unwavering support: Mary and Alan Middleton, Shirley McInnis, Matt and Kathy Nellenback, and Denise Saleh.
