A rainy overcast morning turned into an enjoyable sunny day at the Historic Handley Street Festival. GU wants to thank all the volunteers that came out and shared the joy of owning a greyhound. We had several interested people that inquired about adopting a grey. Greyhounds Unlimited was recognized for our regular support and participation in the festival. We received a lovely plaque from the Historic Handley Development Corporation. In addition, Connie and Betty’s Amy won first place in the First Annual Original Costume Contest! Yea for the greyhounds! We are already looking forward to next year and hope you will consider joining us.
