Awarded Therapet of the Year

Echo was awarded the Therapet Animal of the Year Award
for 2004. She is the only Greyhound to have received this
award for the group. Out of over 80 therapy dog and handler volunteer
teams, this is a "greyt" honor. She has served patients
in her community for over 7 years through service at Hospice,
East Texas Medical Center Hospital, Trinity Mother Francis Hospital,
University of Texas Hospital, Skyview Psychiatric Unit, Health
South Rehabilitation Hospital and many schools in the East Texas
Area. She has been a wonderful ambassadog for Greyhounds. Congratulations,
